A unique opportunity has arisen to work across 2 independent brands as Portobello Brewery and Big Hug Brewing work collaboratively to offer their joint portfolio to the independent free trade.
Portobello Brewery are one of London’s fastest growing independent brewers with ties to a 15 strong (and growing) pub estate through London and the South East whilst ‘hobo’ brewers Big Hug Brewing look to further their best ever year in 2021 by expanding their reach further into the London and National Free Trade.
Employed by one business but with a varied, dual portfolio to work with that covers the traditional to the niche and with a desire to challenge the larger Macro brewers for lead brewer status, we have a unique proposition. We are looking for a highly experienced, motivated, hard-working individual with a friendly disposition and enthusiasm for the role they do and customer service they provide.
You will have a proven track record in beer or premium drinks within London and will manage and develop the independent free-trade side of both brands across all formats of keg, cask and packaged but also covering managed and tenanted outlets where necessary. You’ll know which brand is right to lead with in which account and strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills to drive commercial success are a must.
You will be fully responsible for managing your sector and its P&L, reporting directly to the Sales Director/business owner.
